The drama of the situation to take care of olde people in Germany and and generally in Europe becomes more and more visible.

With our concept of a retirement community in Asia we like to create the conditions for a payable and comfortable safe life in the warmth of Asia.

Seniors live in their own apartments or bungalows and can get in case of necessity nursing and other service.

The idea of his kind of living is not new. New is only the idea to transfer this model to Thailand with German standard of quality.

To be able to test this retirement community, we plan to have the possibility for “living on test”. For this purpose furnished apartments or bungalows for one or two persons should be available. They should have a kitchen, a bathroom, a balcony or a terrace and possible to be used for handicapped people with wheelchair.

They have the possibility to being completely independent to use full service. The facility will also have german speaking staff. In case of necessity Medical Service and nurse service on highest standard are natural.
